Nothing falls through anymore.
The User Pulse gives your retail business a team of assistants that answer your customers, fill your calendar, bring back the regulars who quietly stopped coming, and tell you every morning what actually needs you.

The leak
Most retail businesses lose money in four places. None of them show up in your till.
Regulars who quietly stopped
They don't cancel. They just stop, and the gap looks like a normal quiet week.
23 overdue regulars × £55 ≈ £1,265 a month
Empty slots on your slow days
Tuesday and Wednesday mornings sit half booked while Saturday turns people away.
6 unsold hours a week ≈ £1,320 a month
Add-ons nobody offered
The treatment that takes ten minutes and nobody remembers to mention at the basin.
1 in 5 clients × £12 ≈ £430 a month
Cancellations nobody rebooked
A 2pm drops out at nine in the morning and the slot just disappears.
9 dropped slots ≈ £495 a month
Worked on a three-chair salon at £55 a head, open six days. Your numbers will be different - that's what the Pulse Check is for.
The morning brief
Open it once a day. That's the whole job.
Every morning your assistants have already been through the bookings, the customers, the reviews and the stock. You get one message with what matters and what they'd like to do about it.

Most tools treat every booking, message and sale as a separate job. Yours don't. When Sarah books a colour, every assistant already knows her stylist, her usual time, what she spent last visit and when she's due back.

You stay in control
It asks before it speaks to your customers.
Nothing goes out without your say-so until you decide otherwise. You can read every message before it sends, see everything your assistants did today, and switch any of them off in one tap.
- Approve-before-send, on by default
- A daily log of what each assistant did
- Per-assistant off switch
- It hands over to you when it's out of its depth
From the founder
We're new, and we're not going to invent testimonials.
The User Pulse was built inside working retail businesses - a salon, a barber and a groomer - with their books open on the table. Everything on this page exists because one of them said "that's the bit that keeps costing me money."
For the first fifty retail businesses, I do the Pulse Check myself, I set the assistants up myself, and I'm on WhatsApp when something looks wrong. When we have three customers willing to put their name and their numbers on this page, they'll go here. Not before.

Keep your booking system. Keep your card machine. Keep your number.
Nothing to migrate, no data entry, and no retraining your staff on a new till.
See what it connects toIf your customers come back, this works.
Salons
Colour clients who slip from five weeks to nine, and Tuesdays that never fill.
Barbers
Walk-ins you couldn't answer, and chairs standing empty at 11am.
Spas & wellness
Course clients who stopped halfway, and treatment rooms sitting dark.
Pet care
Dogs due a groom, kennels unbooked, bath cycles nobody scheduled.
Automotive
Services due, bays standing idle, courtesy cars nobody offered.
Home services
Annual jobs due again, quotes nobody chased, days with a gap in the middle.
Price
From £99 a month. One price for the whole team.
Not per chair, not per calendar. If one recovered regular a month covers it, it's paying for itself.
- All eight assistants, no add-on tiers
- Unlimited staff logins
- WhatsApp, SMS and email included

The five things owners actually ask.
Will it message my customers without me knowing?
No. Approve-before-send is on by default. Nothing goes to a customer until you've read it and said yes. When you get comfortable, you can let specific assistants send on their own - one at a time, and you can switch it back in a tap.
What if it says something wrong to a customer?
It answers from your own hours, prices and services, not from guesswork. When a question falls outside what it knows, it stops and hands the conversation to you rather than inventing an answer. Every conversation is there to read.
I already pay for Fresha or Boulevard. Do I have to leave?
No. Keep your booking system, your card machine and your number. The assistants read what's already there and work alongside it. There's nothing to migrate and no new till for your staff to learn.
How long until it's actually working?
Day one is a twenty-minute setup call and your customer export. Week one it watches and drafts while you approve. By week four most retail businesses have let two or three assistants send on their own.
My customer records are a mess. Does that matter?
Less than you'd think. Names, a phone number and a visit history are enough to find who stopped coming. Messy is normal - we tidy duplicates as part of the Pulse Check.
We'll show you what last month cost you.
Twenty minutes, no charge, and you keep the numbers whether or not you sign up.
